Honest, considered, fair.
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery — only for damaged or defective pieces.
How it works
1. Email us at asvasaclothing@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order, with photos of the damage.
2. Our team will review and confirm by email within 48 hours.
3. Once approved, we'll arrange a free reverse pickup from your address.
4. The piece is inspected at the atelier; on confirmation, we refund the full amount via your original payment method (3–5 business days).
What we cannot accept
• Pieces that have been worn, washed or altered.
• Returns initiated after 15 days from delivery.
• Items lost or damaged in transit after pickup (these are covered by our courier).
